Where Emotion Meets Expression
Hey there—welcome to the little corner of the internet is mine, and now it’s yours too. I call it Liana the Writer, but honestly? It’s more like a digital diary with a heartbeat.
I’m Liana—a writer, observer, chronic overthinker, and occasional night owl who’s been publishing online for over three years now. What started as me just dumping feelings into late-night Google Docs slowly turned into something bigger—a patchwork of essays, stories, poetry, and thoughts that refused to stay quiet.
Writing, for me, has always been personal. It’s where I make sense of the chaos, where I process what hurts, and sometimes—when I’m lucky—it’s where I find the beauty in it all. Whether I’m pulling apart the layers of a BL character dynamic, writing a love letter to silence, or just wondering why admiration can feel so damn lonely… I try to write what most people are too scared to say out loud.
So, what can you expect here?
Raw monologues and essays about sacrifice, loneliness, identity, and all those messy human things we pretend we’ve figured out
BL character breakdowns with actual emotional depth (because not all “obsession” is the same, right?)
Poetry and prose for anyone who likes their words a little bruised, a little beautiful
Commentary on real-world stuff—news, culture, protests, power—with a human lens, not a headline one
Film and true crime reflections because stories shape us, and sometimes the darkest ones reveal the most
At the heart of it, I believe writing shouldn’t just inform—it should move you. Make you pause. Maybe even make you cry, or laugh, or whisper “God, I felt that.”
So if you’re someone who’s tired of surface-level takes, if you crave writing that feels like someone actually gets it—stick around. You might just find a piece of yourself here.
Thanks for visiting my blogspost. I’m really glad you did and let’s keep the conversation going.
Warmly (and always a little emotionally),
Liana The Writer
